Commenced whilst at 3DReid. This 105,000 sqft shopping park in Slough broke the mold for this category of building type. It was the first all timber framed sustainable sourced shopping park in the country. The attractive warm uniform appearance has been an overwhelming success with the local community and is tantamount to the benefits of working within a closely aligned team and client.
The modular design facilitates adaptable spaces. The glazing facades, doors, signage and internal layout can all be moved to suite the size of a new future tenant.
